These Terms of Service govern your use of the KINLUME online store and any purchase made through it. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the store or its content for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

2. Products and handmade variation

KINLUME collars are handmade from natural crystals, genuine cowhide and hand-finished components. Natural color, inclusions, markings and small finishing details can vary from photographs. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but screens may reproduce colors differently.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address or inability to process payment. If a paid order is cancelled, the payment will be refunded to the original method.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes or duties are handled as shown during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Product use and safety

Inspect the collar, leather, buckle, D-ring, crystal strand, charms and hardware before every use. Remove it before bathing, swimming, crating or rough play. Never leave a pet tethered or unattended. Discontinue use if any component becomes loose, worn or damaged. You are responsible for selecting and using a product appropriate for your pet.

7. Intellectual property

All KINLUME names, photographs, designs, text, graphics and other store content are owned by or licensed to KINLUME. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or commercially used without prior written permission.

8. Third-party services

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers or other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
